Baal Safed Hone ka Upay (Hair Whitening) Amla ka Prayog: Amla powder ko pani mein milaakar paste banayein aur scalp par lagayein. 30 minute ke liye chhod kar dhulein. Rozana amla juice ya 1 tsp amla churna garm pani ke saath lein. Bhringraj Oil: Raat ko Bhringraj oil ka massage karke chhod dein aur subah dhulein. Ye baalon ke kalaapan aur majbooti ke liye bahut asardaar hai. Triphala Powder: 1 tsp Triphala churna raat ko garm pani ke saath lein. Baalon ka safed hona roke aur overall detoxification kare. Diet Tips: Til ke beej (black sesame seeds) aur akhrot ko daily apne diet mein shamil karein. Amla, pomegranate, aur green leafy vegetables ka sewan karen. Kamar Dard Ka Upay (Back Pain) Abhyanga (Taila Massage): Mahanarayan Taila ya Dhanvantaram Taila se kamar ka roz massage karein aur garm kapde se sekaai karein. Ashwagandha Powder: 1 tsp Ashwagandha churna ko dudh ke saath lein. Yeh kamar ki majbooti aur dard me rahat deta hai. Yoga: Rozana Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) aur Makarasana (Crocodile Pose) karein. Ye exercise kamar ki takleef ke liye upyogi hai. Baal safed hone ka matlab ho sakta hai ki aapka dosha imbalance ya stress ka nateeja ho. Ayurveda ke hisaab se, baalon ke liye Pitta dosha responsible hota hai. Aapko apna Pitta balance karna chaiye. Aap bhringraj ka taila use kar sakte hain, thoda garam karke scalp pe regularly malish karein. Aur aap Amla ka juice ya powder daily le sakte hain, kyunki Amla natural hair color ke liye accha hota hai.

Aapke kamar ke dard ke liye, aasan tarike se thoda sa coconut oil garam karke gently massage karein. Dard ko reduce karin sakta hai. Aap thoda surya namaskar ya bhujangasana jaisey yogasan bhi try kar sakte hain, lekin ache se seekh ke. Heat pad ke use bhi help kar sakta hai.

Aankhon ki light ke liye, palak ko healthy rakna zaroori hai. Triphala ka paani se rinse karein, yeh natural eye wash hai aur helpful hota hai eye problems ke liye. Aankhon ki muscles ko relax karne ke liye, regular intervals par break lena na bhulein, jab bhi aap kisi screen par time spend kar rahe ho.

Diet bhi aapka balanced hona chahiye. Zyada spicy, oily aur acidic food nahi lena, kyu Pitta ko aur aggravate karta hai. Fresh vegetables, fruits aur ghar ka bana khana best hai.
