Seeking Ayurvedic Solutions for Eye Vision Improvement - #49209

I am a defence aspirant and preparing for NDA examination .I have -0.75D in left eye and -0.50 in right eye and cylindrical number of -0.75D in both eyes and now aas I need to be under -0.75D astigmatism and under-2.5Din myopia so what are the Ayurvedic practices can be done to reduce the number and astigmatism also as it is not possible for me to have a costly ayurvedic treatment like netra tarpana etc . Can you please prescribe me some methods to decrease the number and have stable sight . Andi have approximately 11 months to cure it. My eyes always feels tired and strained and dry and it feels discomfort even after wearing my specs andi have headache due to it and alsoi have somesticky discharge coming out of my eyes due to which my vision goes mre cloud and blur many times .
