Can the small finger be used to insert sesame seed oil into the nostril while doing nasya with sesame seed oil or should it be done only with eye dropper?

No… Instead of finger you can use it by filler
Small finger – Can be used only to apply oil at nostril opening (external or just inside). Not good for putting oil deep inside. Eye dropper – Best method. It gives proper quantity, better hygiene, and deeper reach for nasya.
