I am getting recurring endometrial polyps from last year. I have a history of PCOS from 2017 but a recent scan showed that I have a lean PCOS. My periods are on the heavier side with clots passing. What can I do to improve my health?

Recurrent polyps means there is dosha prakopa in ur yoni pradesha so u need to do shodana i.e detoxify ur body so please consult a nearby panchakarma centre and take the appropriate treatment Till that start with Saptasara kashayam 20 ml twice a day after
