I am suffering from scalp psoriaris and psoriasis on back and knees since 10 years. I tried many allopathic medicines but no relief. Is there any cure or medicine in ayurveda? Online Ayurvedic Consultations

For psoriasis start with Gandharvahastadhi eranda tailam 10 ml warm oil in the morning empty stomach followed by a glass of warm water initially for one day By this ur intestine will be clensed and then start with Guggulu tiktaka kashayam 20 ml twice a day after food Kaishora vatakam 1-0-1 after food Bilwadi tab 1-0-1 after food Thank you
