Hi Doctor, i am 54 years old having too much dizziness can i drink jeera+ajwain+fennel seed water is it good for dizzy, if it is not good which medicine is good for my body which is suitable for me during at this age, please reply give prescription for medicine for dizziness

Hello Jeera, ajwain, fennel seeds water is good to take it help improve digestion, prevent gas formation. But will not help much for dizziness. For dizziness you start with Alsactil tablet 1-0-1 after food with water, Ashwagandha lehyam 0-0-1tsp after dinner with water Brahmi capsules 0-0-1 at bedtime with warm milk/ Normal water. Do Nasya with Brahmi grith 2 drops in both nostril once daily. Take for 21 days, if you feel better you can continue, if no results or if worsens the consult ENT physician. Severe dizziness (spinning type) at your age with BP history should not be taken lightly. First we need to rule out BP fluctuation or inner ear issue. Jeera + ajwain + fennel water is safe for digestion, but it will not treat this type of dizziness. Do this first: Check BP regularly (morning and evening) Get checked once by physician/ENT if spinning is severe Do this: Avoid sudden head movements Get up slowly from bed Take proper rest Drink enough water, but do not overdo Avoid long gaps between meals Diet: Take light, warm food Avoid very oily, spicy food Avoid excess tea/coffee Lifestyle: Proper sleep is important Avoid stress Medicines: Brahmi vati 1 tablet twice daily after food Sutshekhar ras 1 tablet twice daily after food Ashwagandha churna 3 grams at night with milk If BP is high or fluctuating, continue your BP medicines regularly. Do NOT drink Ajwain water. While Jeera (Cumin) and Fennel (Saunf) are cooling and safe, Ajwain (Carom seeds) is highly heating (Ushna). Because you have High Blood Pressure and severe spinning dizziness (Bhrama), consuming hot-natured herbs like Ajwain will immediately spike your blood pressure, aggravate Pitta (heat in the head) and worsen your vertigo and headache. ✓Ayurvedic Prescription 1. The symptom which you have describe above is due to imbalance of vara and Pitta in your body which affects the nervous system and your blood circulation and blood pressure The mix of jeera ajwain and soft is generally safe and excellent for digestion but it may not be sufficient for primary treatment of hypertension related dizziness 1) Manasamrita vatakam- one tablet bedtime With warm milk 2) saraswatarishtam -15 ml twice daily after food 3) dhanvantaram Kashayam- 15 ml with 45 ml lukewarm water 30 minute before food in morning and evening 4) ksheerabala thailam- few drops apply on the top of your head and soles Use naturally sweet foods like dates, raisins, and ripe fruits (pomegranate, grapes) As you have given the history of high blood pressure, strictly limit added salt. Use Pink Himalayan salt in very small quantities if necessary. Continue the Jeera-Saunf water, but ensure it is at room temperature, not boiling hot. Avoid: foods like green chilies, excessive garlic, caffeine, and fermented foods (curd, pickles), as these can aggravate dizziness. Insure 7 to 8 hour of sleep avoid sudden movement especially when getting out of bed sit at the age of the bed for minute before standing up Practice Pranayam like anulom vilom for 10 minutes daily
