I am having migraine like headaches. I used to use a powdered cream in the past and it helped. Can you suggest how to get it ?

Strong sunlight aggravates bile, triggering headaches. Cover your head and wear a hat when going out in the sun. ●Nasal Therapy For headaches, instill 5 drops of warm Brahmi ghee in each nostril. This calms the nerves and reduces pain.
