How to treat back and diaphragm spasms after polio that last for days or weeks? - #53321

I get spasms through my back and diaphragm. They can last for days or weeks. Part of the after effects of polio. 65 years later, I’m still having these problems. I take magnesium and potassium is sometimes helps a little but mostly not. II am Vegetarian. I drink Raw Milk. Too much exercise or too little exercise can cause the same problem. It is extremely painful. Thank you.
