Vidyari Kand (Pueraria tuberosa) can be taken along with BP medication in most cases, but it should be used carefully and in moderate dose. It is generally nourishing and cooling, but in some people it may slightly affect blood pressure or fluid balance, so monitoring is important. Keep a gap of at least 1.5–2 hours between your allopathic medicine (Amlodipine) and Ayurvedic medicine. Start with a low dose and observe how your body responds. Vidyari Kand churna – 1 teaspoon once daily with warm milk If well tolerated after 1–2 weeks, you may increase to twice daily if needed. Avoid taking it in excess. Also keep checking your BP regularly. Keep diet light, low salt, and maintain regular walking. If you notice swelling, dizziness, or BP fluctuations, stop and reassess.
