Chyawanprash : Yeh immunity badhane ke liye best hai. Roz subah 1 teaspoon khali pet ya garam doodh ke saath dein. 2. Dadimasthaka Churna: Gas aur acidity ke liye yeh bahut koshish ki hui dawa hai.
