How long will it take to shrink a 7cm uterine fibroid with Ayurvedic treatment, and can I drink cow milk tea daily? - #53677

I have 7cm uterine fibroid, taking ayurvedic treatment which included oral tablets and Basti Churna and oil enema alternate days. Did sonography after one month of treatment, the size ia as such, neither increased nor decreased. My stomuch pains whenever am stressed or yell at someone. How long it will take to shrink 7cm uterine fibroid, can i have cow milk tea, once in a day. What yogas to be done and how much sleep shoukd get
