Turant solution (best) 1) Besan method (sabse effective) 2–3 chamach besan + thoda paani (paste bana lo) Isko scalp aur baalon me lagao 5–10 min chhod do Phir normal shampoo se wash karo Ye extra tel ko soak karke nikal dega 2) Reetha–Shikakai wash 1–2 chamach reetha + shikakai powder paani me mila ke lagao 5 min baad wash Natural tarike se oil clean karega 3) Agar phir bhi chipchipa lage Thoda lemon water (1 glass paani + 1 tsp nimbu) last rinse me use karo Important tips Direct baar-baar shampoo na lagao → hair dry ho jayega Next time: Sirf 1–2 teaspoon tel lagao 2–3 ghante baad wash karo (raat bhar zyada tel avoid)
