Can I use Ayurvedic medicine for sweating while eating spicy food and tonsillitis relief with oil application? - #53880
I have been sweating while eating spicy food. Can I get some ayurvedic medicine for this. Also if get tonsillitis very often if I apply any oil on my head. Kindly advise 🙏 thank you

●Hot salt water and add pinch of turmeric gargles 3 to 4 times a day. ●Avoid cold hot smoke oily spicy food. Milk and its products.Banana. sweating is a natural reflux to protect our body so don’t panic while you sweating after food eat curd or with food . ● Hot Ginger: An effective remedy for colds and flu. This phlegm- and fatigue-relieving drink gently expels cold and moisture accumulated in the body. ● Ginger-Cinnamon and Lemongrass Mix: Ingredients: 1 teaspoon ginger • 1 teaspoon cinnamon • Yields 2. ● Ginger-Cardamom and Cinnamon Mix: Ingredients: • 2 teaspoons ginger • 3 teaspoons cinnamon • A pinch of cardamom. Method: Boil 1 teaspoon of the mixture for 10-15 minutes. Once it cools slightly, add 1 teaspoon honey. ● Steam Therapy: Fill a pot with water and boil 1 teaspoon ginger or a few eucalyptus leaves. Cover your body with a towel and inhale steam. This provides instant relief from: • Nasal congestion • Heaviness • Headaches ● Tulsi decoction: Boil one teaspoon of basil in a cup of water for one minute. Drink it hot. This reduces the effects of fever and infections. ● Sitopaladi powder – 1 part • Maha Sudarshan powder – 1 part • Dosage: Take one teaspoon of the powder with one teaspoon of honey 2-3 times a day after meals. ● Nasal care: Gheet nasya: Put 3-5 drops of lukewarm ghee in each nostril in the morning and evening.
