You can make the following diet changes: Include healthy fat like ghee, olive oil, nuts like walnut, almond, raisin etc Avoid food like tea, coffee,aimda, bakery products. Indulge in oil massage regularaly with Ksheerbala oil Milk + 1 spoon of ghee can be taken regularly. Include a a spoon of Satavari with a glass of milk.
