According to Ayurveda, acne and acne scars are mainly due to imbalance of Pitta dosha along with toxin accumulation (Ama) in the blood. Even if past acne has healed, internal imbalance, stress, diet, or heat in the body can still create new skin inflammation, which later appears as marks or scars. Proper digestion, cooling diet, stress control, and blood-purifying herbs are important along with external skin care to prevent further damage and improve skin healing. –Diagnosis: Yuvana Pidika (Acne with post-inflammatory marks) – Pitta imbalance –Treatment Plan - 1) Amlycure Syrup – 10 ml twice daily after food → Blood purification, detox, reduces recurrence of acne 2) Purodil Tablets – 2 tabs twice daily after food → Internal detox + controls acne inflammation 3) Purodil Gel – Apply thin layer on affected area twice daily → Anti-acne, reduces redness, supports healing 4) Dermacharge Powder – 1 tsp twice daily with lukewarm water → Helps in chronic skin infection control & skin purification —General advice Avoid spicy, oily, fried food (Pitta aggravating) Increase water intake Maintain stress control and sleep hygiene Avoid squeezing lesions — for 2 months
