Skin calming (main focus) Apply pure Aloe vera gel (soothing and cooling) Use Sandalwood + rose water paste on affected area (thin layer, 15–20 min) Wash face with plain lukewarm water or mild herbal cleanser only 2. Internal cooling support Drink coriander seed water (dhaniya water) daily Use Amla juice or powder for skin blood purification Avoid spicy, oily, fermented foods for few weeks 3. Ayurvedic View: This appears to be Mukhadushika / perioral dermatitis with Pitta predominance and skin sensitivity. Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Mahamanjisthadi Kwath – 10 ml with equal warm water, twice daily before meals Local application: Apply Shatdhauth ghrita daily twice,once in night and once in the morning…after washing the area. Can apply aloevera gel generally take bath with amla+neem powder daily, avoid soap Local application: Kumkumadi taila (very mild application) or fresh aloe vera gel Avoid steroid creams and harsh cosmetic products ☀️ Sunscreen: Use a mild, non-comedogenic, fragrance-free sunscreen only if needed, when going out. 🥗 Diet: Prefer cooling diet (amla, green vegetables, adequate water).
