Your condition is similar to Lichen Amyloidosis, which in Ayurveda can be understood as a Kaph-Vata dominant skin disorder with involvement of Rakta (blood tissue). Due to imbalance of Vata (causing dryness and itching) and Kapha (causing thickening and darkening of skin), along with mild Rakta dushti, the skin becomes itchy, rough, and pigmented. The repeated itching and rubbing further aggravate Vata and damage the skin, creating a cycle. So treatment focuses on: Reducing itching (Vata shaman) Improving skin texture and pigmentation (Kapha & Rakta shuddhi) Breaking the itch–scratch cycle With proper internal medicines, external applications, and lifestyle care, the condition can be controlled gradually. - --Rx: 1) Tab.
