aapka hair fall + dry/frizzy hair usually stress, nutrition deficiency, scalp dryness ya dandruff ki wajah se hota hai. Oil lagane par zyada hair girna normal hai (jo loose hair hote hain wo nikal jaate hain) Take Bhringraj churna – 1 tsp raat ko garam paani/doodh ke sath Amla churna – 1 tsp subah khali pet Ashwagandha churna – 1 tsp raat ko (stress kam karega) Duration: 2–3 months 2) Hair oil (week me 2–3 baar) Bhringraj oil + Coconut oil mix Halki massage kare, 30–60 min baad wash Raat bhar oil mat rakho agar hair fall zyada ho 3) Hair wash Week me 2–3 baar Mild herbal shampoo ya Reetha + Shikakai powder Garam paani avoid (lukewarm use kare) 4) Dry & frizzy hair ke liye Week me 1 baar Curd + 1 tsp coconut oil mask (20 min) 5) Diet (bahut important) Daily 1 bowl sprouts / dal 5–6 badam Green vegetables + fruits Protein kam hoga to hair fall nahi rukega Tight hairstyle, heat styling avoid Stress control (pranayama 10 min daily) Agar dandruff/itching hai → treat karna zaruri
