Your condition suggests chronic hair fall with dryness, which in Ayurveda is mainly due to Vata–Pitta imbalance along with Rakta (blood) and Dhatu (tissue) weakness. Poor nutrition and scalp dryness are key contributors. Ayurvedic Approach 1. Internal Correction (Root cause) Improve digestion (Agni): Start your day with warm water Eat protein-rich, iron-rich foods (milk, ghee, nuts, green vegetables, dates) 2. Medicines Bhringrajaasav – supports hair growth Amla Rasayan – nourishes hair roots Saptamrit Lauh – helpful if hair fall is due to deficiency Brahmi – reduces stress-related hair fall 3. External Care Apply Bhringraj oil or Neelibhringadi oil 2–3 times/week (gentle massage) Use mild herbal shampoo, avoid harsh chemicals Do not over-oil or rub aggressively (can increase hair fall) 4. Lifestyle Manage stress (Pranayama, meditation) Sleep 7–8 hours daily Avoid excessive heat, styling, and tight hairstyles
