I am a 34-year-old male using Revento Kumkumadi Taila Soap, and I have been experiencing small pimples on my forehead for many years (not caused by the soap). I would like suggestions on effective treatments or products to reduce these long-standing pimples.

It is common on the forehead because this area has higher oil secretion and pore blockage tendency Internal Medicines (Main treatment) Gandhak Rasayan Dose: 2 tablets twice daily after food Action: Rakta shodhana, antibacterial, reduces recurrent pimples Mahamanjisthadi Kwath Dose: 15 ml with equal water, twice daily before food Action: Blood purification and reduces inflammation Arogyavardhini Vati Dose: 1 tablet twice daily after food Action: Corrects liver metabolism and reduces oiliness Triphala Churna Dose: 1 teaspoon at night with lukewarm water Action: Detoxification and improves digestion (Ama removal) 2. External Application Neem + Turmeric paste Apply once daily on forehead for 20 minutes Aloe vera gel (fresh) Apply twice daily Kumkumadi taila (continue but use mildly) Apply only at night, thin layer 3.
