Go for these tests first - Thyroid profile Vt b12 Vt d –Your symptoms suggest increased Pitta dosha affecting hair roots. This can lead to hair fall and early greying. –Treatment Plan: 1. Internal Medicines: Bhringraj Ghan Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after food with lukewarm water Amla Rasayana – 1 tsp twice daily after meals Triphala tab – 1 at bedtime with warm water 2. External Therapy: Oil massage 3–4 times/week with coconut oil / Bhringraj oil Leave for 1–2 hours before washing Mild herbal shampoo 3.
