Ayurvedic acne treatment ke saath salicylic acid serum laga sakte hain, lekin:
Use 2% salicylic acid tak hi rakhein
Hafte me 2–3 baar se zyada na lagayein
Raat ko lagana behtar hota hai
Agar skin me jalan, sukhapan ya redness ho to band kar dein
Ayurvedic acne treatment
Manjistha churna 1 gram subah aur shaam
Neem capsules 1 capsule subah aur shaam after food
Sariva syrup 10–15 ml subah aur shaam
Arogyavardhini vati 1 tablet subah aur shaam after food
External: Neem face wash din me 2 baar
Kumkumadi taila raat ko sirf 2–3 drops affected area par
Multani mitti face pack hafte me 2 baar

Haan, laga sakte ho —
Agar tum acne ke liye Ayurvedic dawa le rahe ho, to woh mostly body ko andar se treat karti hai (hormones, digestion, toxins etc.). Dusri taraf Salicylic Acid ek topical (bahar lagne wala) ingredient hai jo pores ko clean karta hai aur acne kam karta hai.

हाँ, सामान्यतः Ayurvedic acne treatment के दौरान Salicylic acid serum लगाया जा सकता है, क्योंकि यह pores साफ करने और blackheads/acne कम करने में मदद करता है।
लेकिन इसे सही तरीके से उपयोग करना बहुत जरूरी है, वरना त्वचा ज्यादा dry या irritated हो सकती है।
ध्यान रखने योग्य बातें
शुरुआत में 2% Salicylic serum हफ्ते में 2–3 रात ही लगाएँ।
Serum लगाने के बाद हल्का non-comedogenic moisturizer जरूर लगाएँ।
दिन में sunscreen उपयोग करें, क्योंकि salicylic acid से skin sun-sensitive हो सकती है।
अगर त्वचा पर ज्यादा जलन, redness, peeling या dryness हो तो उपयोग कम करें।
साथ में बहुत ज्यादा strong creams/chemical products एक साथ न लगाएँ।
