आयुर्वेद के अनुसार स्तनों का आकार मुख्यतः रस धातु और मेद धातु पर निर्भर करता है, जो हार्मोन (आर्टव/स्त्री तत्व) से प्रभावित होते हैं। 28 वर्ष की उम्र में हल्का बदलाव प्राकृतिक दोष (वात-पित्त-कफ) के परिवर्तन के कारण हो सकता है।
-कोई भी हानिकारक दवा लेने की जरूरत नहीं है।
- संतुलित आहार, जैसे दूध, घी, बादाम और बीज, सहायक होते हैं।
- हल्की मालिश (तिल तेल/शतावरी तेल) और योग/व्यायाम लाभकारी हो सकते हैं।
-----औषधि (Medicines):
1) Shatavari Kalpa – 1 चम्मच, दिन में 2 बार, दूध के साथ
2) Ashokarishta – 15 ml + 15 ml पानी, दिन में 2 बार, भोजन के बाद
3) Kanchanar Guggulu – 2 गोली, दिन में 2 बार, गुनगुने पानी के साथ
----बाह्य प्रयोग (External):
4) Shatavari Taila / Til Taila से स्तनों की हल्की मालिश – दिन में 1 बार
----आहार (Diet):
दूध, घी, बादाम, तिल, अलसी
जंक/बहुत मसालेदार भोजन से परहेज
----विहार (Lifestyle):
हल्का व्यायाम (Push-ups, Chest exercise)
तनाव कम रखें, पर्याप्त नींद लें
----सलाह:
बिना  सलाह के कोई हार्मोनल दवा न लें

28 की उम्र में hormones, weight gain, exercise और posture से breast size में थोड़ा बदलाव हो सकता है। कोई भी “instant enlargement” medicine सुरक्षित नहीं मानी जाती।
Take
Shatavari Churna
1 tsp सुबह-रात दूध के साथ।
Ashwagandha Churna
1 tsp रात को दूध के साथ।
हल्का sesame oil massage 5–10 min daily।
Protein-rich diet, chest exercises, proper bra support रखें।
Avoid
Steroid creams/pills

Agar aapki breast size naturally chhoti hai aur periods normal hain, to usually ye koi disease nahi hoti. Lekin agar:
breast development puberty ke baad bhi bahut kam hua ho,
periods irregular ho,
sudden size decrease hua ho,
ya hormonal symptoms ho,
to hormone evaluation useful ho sakta hai.
Natural aur safer approaches:
Chest muscle exercises: push-ups, wall press, dumbbell chest press
Healthy weight gain agar body bahut lean hai
Protein-rich diet
Proper bra fitting (isse appearance better lagti hai)
