Since your smoking duration is still less than a year and cigarette count is low, this is a very good stage to reverse many effects if you reduce and quit early. Main focus: Gradually stop smoking completely Improve lung recovery Support energy and sleep Avoid increasing dependence during stress Tips: Do not smoke on empty stomach Increase water intake Daily exercise + sweating helps detoxification Avoid smoking with tea/coffee or late-night screen time triggers Chew saunf, clove, or sugar-free gum when cravings come Alcohol once monthly is less concerning, but avoid binge drinking. At home: Warm water with lemon in morning and steam inhalation 2–3 times/week may help lungs feel clearer. Chyawanprash – 1 tsp daily morning Ashwagandha capsule – 1 capsule at bedtime Sitopaladi churna – ½ tsp with honey once daily if cough/phlegm present Within a few months of quitting smoking, stamina, breathing, skin, sleep, and energy usually improve significantly.
