Lagta hai ki aapka Pitta aur Vata dosha imbalanced hai. Balon ki jhadna aur dandruff, dono hi in doshas ke imbalance ke karan ho sakte hain. Sabse pehle, thoda lifestyle dekhte hain.

Apne food mein spicy aur oily cheezen thoda kam karein, kyunki yeh Pitta ko aur badha sakti hain. Thoda cooling cheezein jese ki dahi, nariyal paani lena shuru karein. Hair ke liye, neem ya bhringraj tel se scalp massage karein, hafte mein 2-3 baar. Yeh tel calm aur soothe karne mein help karega. Also, mild herbal shampoo se bal dhulen – chemical waale shampoos avoid karein.

Ab baat karein periods ki, irregular periods Vata and Pitta ka result ho sakte hain. Lifestyle aur stress, dono ye conditions aur bigaad sakte hain.
