Hello Aishwarya, Have you experienced any new skin care or laundry products that might have triggered this condition? Any history of allergies or skin conditions in your family would also be useful. In Ayurveda, the symptoms you describe suggest a Pitta imbalance, possibly due to excessive heat and moisture in the body, leading to skin irritations. The condition could be linked to excessive toxins or inflammation.

For temporary relief, Ayurvedic remedies that can help soothe the itching and burning include neem paste or neem oil, which acts as an antimicrobial agent and helps soothe irritation and reduce inflammation when applied to the affected areas. Aloe vera gel can be applied topically for its cooling and healing properties, providing relief from both itching and burning. Triphala can be taken internally to detoxify the body and balance Pitta, which may help reduce inflammation and promote healing from within. Cool compresses with coconut water or rose water can be used to cool the affected skin and reduce irritation. Dietary adjustments to avoid spicy, oily, and fried foods, while incorporating cooling foods like cucumbers, coconut, and mint, may also help balance the internal heat.

Hey, sorry to hear about those pesky blisters and itching! Sounds pretty uncomfortable. From what you’re describing, it could be a result of a Pitta imbalance, since Pitta dosha is linked to heat, inflammation, and skin issues like these.

First off, cooling down that Pitta might help. Try incorporating more Pitta-pacifying foods into your diet, things like cucumbers, coconut water, and sweet fruits. Avoid spicy, oily, and sour foods – they tend to aggravate Pitta further. Drinking a glass of cold milk or applying coconut oil can also have a soothing effect on your skin – give it a try daily.

You could also try applying a paste of sandalwood powder mixed with a little rose water directly on the affected areas. Leave it on for about 20 minutes, then rinse it off with cool water. Trust me, you’ll feel the difference. Avoid scratching at all costs – I know it’s tough—but it’ll only make things worse.

For internal cleansing, think about having a dose of Triphala powder in warm water before bed. It helps with detoxifying and balancing all three doshas. Another good option could be neem. It’s excellent for skin issues thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties. Neem capsules or powder can be consumed, but make sure you’re consistent.

Let the breeze get to those areas and wear loose, breathable clothing. If the discomfort gets too intense or you notice the blisters are spreading or changing, though, it might be smart to consult a physician pronto. Better safe than sorry, right?

Keep a watch on it and take care of yourself. It’s all about balancing that heat for now! Let me know if you try this and how it goes. Stay well!
