Vaginal and intercourse problem - #20293

have 1. vaginal burning and itching thick discharge with foul smell sometimes ,sometimes outside vulva boil was also there 2.frequent urination problem,my urine does not come in flow( ruk ruk k aatah),i have to breathe to urinate and donot get sense of relaxation after urinating 3.My periods get delayed usually to10-15 days after 1 or 2 cycle ,they last for 2-3days pain and cramps are there 4.pain during intercourse mostly sometimes its in starting then recede .i m able to have sex 1 or maximum 2 times then my vagina feels painful and burning feeling is there i dont like penetration then no sexual pleasure . Other problems i have pain and stiffness in my joints arms,shoulder, neck,back,buttocks, ankle,feets hands ...everywhere.i have L4-L5 PAIN scaitic pain ,dextroscoliosis. My eyesight has became blury for some far distance ,burning of eyes ,headaches ,not able to sleep properly,mental health not good at all.no focus,no desire,overthinking, heaviness in chest ,after waking up head feels dizzy ,no energy ,lethargic .dry skin,frizzy hair,yellow teeth.

Hello. U need to go through whole Abdomen sonography , vaginal examination by gynacologist, CBC ESR blood test, Urine test . Stop spicy , oily , fermented , stale foods. Talke light non spicy food. Paripathadi Kadha 15 ml + 15 ml with warm water after meals.2 times a day. Tab Gokshuradi gugul 2 tabs 2 times a day after meals. Tab triphala gugul 2 tabs 2 times a day after food. Make decoction of Triphala+ Daruharidra + yastimadhu churna , strain with cloth. Than with help of 50 ml syringe and 8 no. Rubber catheter wash vagina internally with decoction. Than tap dry. Than put cotton balls soaked in Yashtimadhu oil in vagina at night . Remove it in the morning.

For vaginal burining and itching to stop it’s important to maintain intimate hygiene You can do yoni wash or sitz bath with triphala + nimba powder take 5 gm of each add in 3 litre of water and reduce to half and use it for wash or sitz bath and then apply sowbhagya vardini thaila around the vaginal areas.

For urine issues Drink water infused with punarnva + gokshura - you can take eAch 1-2 pinch and add in 3-4 litre of water and drink that water whole day. You can also.take chandraprabha vati 1-0-1 after food

For periods regularity you can take m2 tone syrup or tablets 1 tablet twice daily or 15ml.syrup twice daily

For joint pains 1. Use chinchadi thailam for massage , massage for 15 mins If severe take lumbatone plus 1-0-1 after food.

Hello Firstly for health improvement Food Sleep and exercise are very important.

Once u correct this 3 things then everything will be fine Firstly exercise then sleep then food has to be corrected.

As ur not mentioned about the appetite

1) laghu sootashekar ras 1-0-1 before food 10mins 2) chananasava 10ml-0-10ml with 10ml warm water before food 15 mins 3) yogaraja guggulu 1-1-1 after food 4) triphala choorna 0-0-1/2tsf with warm water at bedtime

Avoid spicy sour sweet food, oily fried items, processed foods, coffee and tea, aerated juices,junk food, Avoid potato and brinjal

Take good amount vegetables and green leafy vegetables and bowl of fruits every day Drink plenty of water upto 2-3 litres Take plain fresh buttermilk before food in afternoon Go for walking everyday 30mins in morning and evening 30mins.

Do follow this for 15 days then consult me again after seeing the changes we can plan next line of treatment.

Dear simran ji,ur age isn’t mentioned here,it is very important factor here.May be you are having pre menopausal symptoms,if u close to menopause. Otherwise a clear vision to your joint pains needs investigations like CBC, ESR, Sr. Calcium Also let me know ,if you take any medication for thyroid,sugar,B.P. For vaginal infection get a gynecological check,but best home remedies to follow- Maintaining proper hygiene(wearing cotton panties, properly washed, changed 2-3 times a day ) will be keep the area dry. 1. Boil 1 big spoon triphala churna in 1mug water for 5min and let it cool, take that just strain it and use for to wash vagina whenever you go for urination or every 2-3hrs. Avoid using any kind of soaps in vaginal area. Having plenty of water shall flush bacteria and reduce the urinary infection. (Coriender water) Dietry- avoid spicy, oily, fermented and stale food strictly. Eat freshly cooked ,boiled and heathy food with lots of salad,beetroot, onion, green vegetables, Fruits- apple, pomegranate, grapes, kishmish, anjeer, munakka,मखाना etc. Remedy- groundnut , and jaggery ladoos can be helpful for you if eaten twice with milk. Haldi milk will help in any internal sepsis, joint health and inflammation. Revert with reports for more info.

I am currently a PG 2nd yr student in the dept of Shalakya Tantra at Parul Institute of Ayurveda and Research, batch 2024. I joined right after UG—no break—straight into PG (regular batch). I did my undergrad from Rajiv Gandhi Ayurveda Medical College (2017 batch, CCRAS syllabus under Pondicherry Univ). Somehow managed to secure 2nd rank university-wide back then, which I didn’t totally expect. Right now, my core interest lies in the Ayurvedic and integrative management of eye disorders. I’ve got decent exposure to both classical texts and clinical practice. From anatomy to pathology, I try to stay grounded in both the traditional Ayurvedic view and also the modern opthalmic understanding, especially with conditions related to the cornea, retina, and anterior segment. During PG deputation in 2nd year, I handled like 200+ OPD patients daily within 1–2 hrs (felt crazy at first but got used to the pace). I’m also trained hands-on in cataract and cornea surgeries under supervision. Not calling myself a surgeon yet, but I did get a good amout of surgical exposure in the PG postings. In terms of academics, I got 82% in the first-year PG exams—distinction score—secured department 1st and university topper at Parul Institute. I am an Ayurvedic doc trained mainly in Shalakya Tantra—basically, I work a lot with issues of the eyes, ears, nose, oral cavity, head... all that ENT zone. It’s a really specific branch of Ayurveda, and I’ve kind of grown to appreciate how much it covers. I deal with all kinds of conditions like Netra Abhishyanda (kinda like conjunctivitis), Timira and Kacha (early or full-on cataract), Adhimantha (glaucoma stuff), Karna Srava (ear discharge), Pratishyaya (chronic colds n sinus), Mukhapaka (mouth ulcers), and even dental stuff like Dantaharsha (teeth sensitivity) or Shirashool (headaches & migraines). I use a mix of classic therapies—Tarpana, Nasya, Aschyotana, Karna Purana, even Gandusha and Dhoomapana when it fits. Depends on prakriti, the season, and where the person’s really struggling. Rasayana therapy and internal meds are there too of course but I don’t just throw them in blindly... every plan’s got to make sense to that individual. It’s kind of like detective work half the time. I am a Senior Ayurveda Physician with more than 28 years in this field — and trust me, it still surprises me how much there is to learn every single day. Over these years, I’ve had the chance to treat over 1 lakh patients (probably more by now honestly), both through in-person consults and online. Some come in with a mild cough, others with conditions no one’s been able to figure out for years. Each case brings its own rhythm, and that’s where real Ayurveda begins. I still rely deeply on classical tools — *Nadi Pariksha*, *Roga-Rogi Pariksha*, proper *prakriti-vikriti* mapping — not just ticking symptoms into a list. I don’t believe in ready-made cures or generic charts. Diagnosis needs attention. I look at how the disease behaves *inside* that specific person, which doshas are triggering what, and where the imbalance actually started (hint: it’s usually not where the pain is). Over the years I’ve worked with pretty much all age groups and all kinds of health challenges — from digestive upsets & fevers to chronic, autoimmune, hormonal, metabolic and degenerative disorders. Arthritis, diabetes, PCOD, asthma, thyroid... but also things like unexplained fatigue or joint swelling that comes and goes randomly. Many of my patients had already “tried everything else” before they walked into Ayurveda, and watching their systems respond slowly—but surely—is something I don’t take lightly. My line of treatment usually combines herbal formulations (classical ones, not trendy ones), Panchakarma detox when needed, and realistic dietary and lifestyle corrections. Long-term healing needs long-term clarity — not just short bursts of symptom relief. And honestly, I tell patients that too. I also believe patient education isn’t optional. I explain things. Why we’re doing virechana, why the oil changed mid-protocol, why we pause or shift the meds after a few weeks. I want people to feel involved, not confused. Ayurveda works best when the patient is part of the process, not just receiving instructions. Even now I keep learning — through texts, talks, patient follow-ups, sometimes even mistakes that taught me what not to do. And I’m still committed, still fully into it. Because for me, this isn’t just a job. It’s a lifelong responsibility — to restore balance, protect *ojas*, and help each person live in tune with themselves. That’s the real goal.

I use Nadi Pariksha a lot, but also other classical signs to map prakriti-vikruti, dhatu status n agni condition... you know the drill. I like making people *understand* their own health too. Doesn’t make sense to hand meds without giving them tools to prevent a relapse. My Panchakarma training’s been a core part of my work. I do Abhyanga, Swedana, Basti etc regularly—not just detox but also as restorative therapy. Actually seen cases where patients came in exhausted, foggy... and post-Shodhana, they're just lit up. That part never gets old. Also I always tie diet & lifestyle changes into treatment. It’s non-negotiable for me, bcs long-term balance needs daily changes, not just clinic visits. I like using classical formulations but I stay practical too—if someone's not ready for full-scale protocol, I try building smaller habits. I believe healing’s not just abt treating symptoms—it’s abt helping the body reset, then stay there. I’m constantly refining what I do, trying to blend timeless Ayurvedic theory with real-time practical needs of today’s patients. Doesn’t always go perfect lol, but most times we see real shifts. That’s what keeps me going.
