Apke lakshan Vata dosha aur Agni (digestive fire) ki dushtiya ko darshata hai. Jeetna maine suna, apko gas, pet mein bhari pan, aur digestion ki samasya ho rahi hai jo ki pet ki bhajan aur safai nahi hone ke karan ho sakta hai. Yaha kuch upay hain jo apko rahat de sakte hain:

1. Khane ki Aadat: Halka, sthool aur aasani se digest hone wale aahar ka priyog kare jaise ki dal khichdi, sabut moong dal, aur seviyan. Spicy, tikhhe aur junk food se bache.

2. Garm Pani: Subha aur raat ko garm paani me nimbu ka ras milakar peena agni ko samarthan de sakta hai, aur digestion mein sahayak hoga.

3. Triphala Churna: Raat ko 1/2 chammach gungune paani ke saath lene se pet ki safai aur constipation mein fayda hoga.

4. Yoga aur Pranayama: Apki vyakti swakahara aur lifestyle ko dhyan mein rakhkar, daily yoga aur pranayama karna upyogi hoga, visheshkar Pavanmuktasana aur Anulom-Vilom.

5. Ajwain aur Kala Namak: Khane se pehle ek chammach ajwain pee kare. Isse gas se rahat milegi.

6. Dincharya: Khana dheere khaye aur acche se chabakar khaye. Bhojan ke beech pani pine se bache.

Agar apke lakshan ghamambir ho ya badhte hue mahsoos ho, toh turant kisi ayurvedic ya allopathic chikitsa visheshagya se paramarsh kare. Yeh suggestions samanya upay hain, lekin kisi vishesh chikitsa ke liye vyaktigat diagnosis avashyak hai.
