I am feeling really lost lately. I've been dealing with a lot of stress and had some issues with digestion. My Ayurvedic doctor suggested trying laghu sutshekhar ras to help balance my doshas. But here’s the thing — I’m not totally sure how it works or if it'll really help me. I've read some info, but it just confuses me more. I was also wondering if I can take it along with other herbs I'm using? Like, does laghu sutshekhar ras pose any side effects or something? I'm really keen on this approach and need some clarity.
