Eating raw rice and kulhadd, especially in large quantities, can lead to various digestive issues, including stomach aches. This practice might also affect your vocal health as a singer because digestion and vocal performance are interconnected in Ayurveda. To address your current situation, consider these tailored suggestions:

First, it’s important to stop eating raw rice and kulhadd, as they can contribute to digestive problems and other health issues. Instead, focus on cooking your rice properly before consuming it. This will make it easier to digest and better for your overall health.

To help cleanse the stomach and intestines, you can focus on improving your digestion fire, or agni. Start your day with a glass of warm water with a pinch of lemon or ginger. This stimulates digestion and helps cleanse your system.

Include triphala in your daily routine. Take half a teaspoon of triphala powder in warm water at bedtime. It’s a gentle bowel tonic that supports digestion and regularity.

Incorporate more warming, easily digestible foods like soups and kitchari in your meals. Avoid heavy, fried, or excessively cold foods which can further aggravate your stomach discomfort.

As a singer, practicing proper breathing techniques is crucial. Incorporate pranayama exercises like Anulom Vilom or Nadi Shodhana in your daily routine; this enhances respiratory health and calms the mind.

Engage in light physical activity, such as walking for 20-30 minutes daily, to aid digestion and maintain overall health. Keep stress levels in check through relaxation practices like meditation.

If you’re experiencing severe pain or persistent issues, it’s essential to consult a healthcare professional. Ayurvedic remedies are supportive, but direct medical attention might be necessary for underlying conditions.
