It sounds like you might be dealing with a Dosha imbalance, likely an aggravated Vata and perhaps some Pitta disturbance contributing to inflammation. Here’s what you can do to help alleviate these symptoms according to Ayurveda:

Start with assessing your diet. Avoid foods that’s are difficult to digest like beans, cabbage and overly processed foods. Opt for warming, easy-to-digest meals such as cooked vegetables, rice, and lentils, seasoned with mild spices like cumin and fennel. Ginger tea can be useful too, it helps kindle Agni, or digestive fire.

Eating habits might need an overhaul too. Eat smaller meals more frequently instead of large portions, and avoid eating late at night. It’s important to chew your food thoroughly - digestion starts in mouth.

Consider Triphala, a well-known Ayurvedic remedy for digestion. You can take it as a powder, soaked overnight in warm water, or take it in tablet form. It helps regulate digestion as well as detoxify.

For the pain and discomfort, castor oil packs on the abdomen might be soothing. Apply a small amount of warm castor oil to your abdomen, cover with a cloth, and place a hot water bottle over it for 15-20 minutes, two-three times a week.

Inflammation and tingling could point to deeper health issues – such as insufficient nutrients. Ensuring you’re hydrated is key, sip warm water throughout the day. Turmeric milk before bed can be beneficial as Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties.

Stress and lifestyle can exacerbate Vata-related imbalances, so incorporating pranayama or gentle yoga could be beneficial. Grounding activities, like spending time in nature, are helpful too.

Finally, if symptoms do not improve or worsen, consult with a healthcare professional immediately, as consistent pain or inflammation can indicate more serious conditions that require prompt attention.

Your symptoms suggest an imbalanced digestive system, likely involving aggravated Vata and Pitta doshas. This can lead to gas, bloating, and inflammation as well as issues like ulcers. To address these issues, consider incorporating some Siddha-Ayurvedic strategies into your daily routine.

First, focus on balancing the Vata with warm, cooked, and nourishing foods. Avoid cold and raw foods which can increase Vata. Favor foods like stewed fruits, warm cereals, soups, and herbal teas. Ginger tea, in particular, can be beneficial as it soothes the stomach and enhances digestion. Add a small amount of ghee to your meals, it can aid in reducing inflammation and sooth digestion.

For Pitta, it’s important to avoid excessively spicy, oily, or fried foods which could exacerbate ulcers or inflammation. Instead, include more cooling and soothing foods like cucumber, coconut water, and ripe sweet fruits. These can help calm the digestive fire.

Additionally, including herbs such as licorice root or aloe vera juice can have a soothing effect on the stomach lining and help repair damage, provided they’re used in moderation and proper dosage. However, it’s crucial to confirm their suitability for your specific condition with a trained practitioner.

Given the severity and persistence of your symptoms, such as the left-sided pain and tingling in your foot, it’s important to visit a healthcare provider to rule out any serious underlying conditions. Immediate consultation can ensure there’s no urgent condition needing prompt attention. After this, continuing with these natural remedies may complement the mainstream medical treatment effectively.
