Also conditions of women health—PCOD, infertility, menstrual irregularities—are areas I want to focus deeply, as these affect daily living so much yet often stay under-discussed. I also learned about auto-immune conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, aamavata, psoriatic arthritis, how tricky they are, and I feel motivated to study and treat them further with careful, step by step methods. As a fresher, I know my journey just starting. I am still shaping my skills, still questioning which approach work best, sometimes even re-checking basic things twice. But I believe this stage is also strength, because I come with open mind, no rigid habits, and eagerness to listen. I do not rush into decisions, rather I take time to observe each case, to connect symptoms with underlying dosha imbalance. I feel each patient teach something new and every treatment outcome is like a page added in my learning.

Hello, Please share the level of ESR and also IgE levels. There are 2 ways of approach when you have dust and food allergies. Firs is avoiding the cause(identify the food which is causing allergy and completely avoid them+ protect yourself from dust); second is strengthen your immunity against the allergens. The medicines below are to achieve the second one. 1. Brihat haridra khandam 1 tsp as first food in the morning with a cup of warm milk/warm water in the empty stomach. 2. Nasoallerin Capsules 1----1----1 after each meal with a cup of warm water. 3. Dasamoolakatutrayam kashayam 10ml+ indukantha kashayam 10ml by adding 80 ml boiled and then cooled water one hour before breakfast and one hour before dinner. 4. Anu thailam 2 drops to each nostril in the morning and in the evening All for 90 days. After 90 days: 5. Chyavanaprasham(vaidyaratnam pharmacy) 1 tsp in the evening before going to bed with warm water/warm milk for 120 days.

🔹 Kapha aggravation leads to excessive mucus formation, nasal congestion, heaviness, and hypersensitivity. 🔹 Vata aggravation disturbs the gut, weakens immunity, and increases reactivity to allergens.

For long-term management, I recommend a personal consultation with an Ayurvedic physician, since treatment should be customized according to your prakriti (constitution) and vikriti (imbalance).

Meanwhile, some supportive measures you can adopt are:

1️⃣ Regular Intake of Lukewarm Water

Helps digest ama (toxins)
