Client_fca503

1. Start with Pitta Cooling + Vata Grounding Drinks

Morning (Empty Stomach)

½ tsp A2 ghee in warm water → Instantly grounds Vata, reduces nervous sweating → Supports digestion + calms heat

Afternoon

Coriander seed water

1 tsp coriander seeds boiled in 1 glass

Cool and drink → This is one of the BEST Ayurvedic remedies for Pitta-related sweating

Evening

Warm milk with nutmeg (jaiphal) pinch → Calms Vata, improves sleep → Reduces night sweating + nervous sweating

⭐ Best Ayurvedic Medicines for your symptoms:

A. Kamdudha Ras (muktayukta)

1 tablet after lunch → Reduces Pitta heat → sweating reduces

B. Ashwagandha or Saraswatarishta

Choose ONE:

✔ If you feel anxious / overthinking / nervous sweating → Saraswatarishta 10–15 ml night ✔ If you feel weak / tired / cold more often → Ashwagandha Lehyam ½ tsp at night

C. Avipattikar Churna

½ tsp before lunch → Cleans excess Pitta from the stomach (root cause of sweating)

🔹 3. External Remedies for Sweaty Hands/Feet

✔ Sandalwood + Rose water paste

Apply on palms & feet for 10 min daily → Instantly cools Pitta → Reduces sweat glands activity ✔ Alum (phitkari) water soak

Add a pinch of alum to lukewarm water Soak hands/feet 5–10 min → Shrinks sweat glands → Controls sweating naturally

✔ Fine Multani Mitti dusting

Use a thin layer on palms/feet (not daily—only when needed) → Absorbs sweat → Prevents slipperiness

Foods to eat

Ghee

Experiencing both Pitta and Vata imbalances in the body can indeed result in your symptoms of sweating yet feeling cold simultaneously. This can be attributed to the dynamic interplay of the two doshas. Pitta is known for its heating and oily properties, while Vata is correlated with coldness and dryness. It’s important to balance both doshas simultaneously to alleviate your symptoms effectively.

Begin by addressing your diet. Opt for foods that pacify both Pitta and Vata, prioritizing warm, cooked, and mildly spiced foods. Avoid excessively spicy, sour, or fried foods, which can aggravate Pitta, while also steering clear of raw and cold foods that may disturb Vata. Introduce foods like cooked grains (rice, quinoa), steamed vegetables, and mild spices like cumin, coriander, and fennel.

Your lifestyle plays a crucial role. Engaging in a regular routine can stabilize Vata. Incorporate a gentle yoga or stretching routine, focusing on grounding poses that can nurture Vata and calm Pitta. Consider practices like alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) that balance both doshas and stabilize the body’s heat regulation.

Oil massages (Abhyanga) using sesame or coconut oil can be beneficial. Sesame oil can warm and nourish Vata, whereas cooling coconut oil can soothe Pitta—select based on which aspect you feel more imbalanced.

Herbal remedies like amla and neem could help in managing Pitta symptoms, having cooling properties. For Vata, ashwagandha can be grounding and nurturing. It’s crucial to consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner to tailor the choice and dosage to your individual needs.

Lastly, ensure adequate hydration—but avoid iced or extremely hot drinks. Lukewarm water with a pinch of turmeric or ginger can balance your internal temperature. Dress warmly to counteract the cold sensation and support adequate circulation, particularly to your extremities.
