Un’opzione utile potrebbe essere l’Ashwagandha, nota per le sue proprietà che calmano il sistema nervoso e aiutano a bilanciare il vata. Puoi prendere una capsula da 250 mg due volte al giorno con acqua tiepida.

Gingko biloba è un altro integratore che potrebbe essere utile, poiché migliora la circolazione sanguigna, il che potrebbe aiutare nel ridurre i sintomi dell’acufene. Assicurati di prenderne 120 mg suddivisi in due dosi giornaliere.
