PERMANENT HEALING DOES NOT COME FROM STOPPING SYMPTOMS ALONE, IT COMES FROM COOLING THE INFLAMMATION, HEALING THE GUT LINING, STABILISING AGNI AND CALMING THE NERVOUS SYSTEM. DIET PLAYS A MAJOR ROLE, BUT IT MUST BE VERY SPECIFIC, GENTLE AND HEALING, NOT JUST GENERALLY HEALTHY FOODS.
