नमस्ते डॉक्टर, मेरा नाम मंजुनाथ है, मेरी उम्र 62 साल है। मुझे जून 2023 में दिल का दौरा पड़ा था और इलाज के दौरान स्टेंट लगाया गया था। अब मैं सुबह रामिप्रिल 2.5mg, दिन में क्लोपिडोग्रेल 75mg और रात में एटोरवास्टेटिन 20mg, एस्पिरिन 150mg और बिसोप्रोलोल 2.5mg ले रहा हूँ। अब मुझे चक्कर आना, सांस लेने में दिक्कत, भूख न लगना और कमजोरी महसूस हो रही है। क्या आप मेरी मदद कर सकते हैं?
