मैं पिछले 10 सालों से गंभीर कब्ज से पीड़ित हूँ और रात में 5 मिग्रा की दो डुल्कोफ्लेक्स टैबलेट्स लेता हूँ। कभी-कभी मुझे आसान मल त्याग के लिए सपोसिटरी का उपयोग करना पड़ता है। इसके अलावा, मैं अपने गंभीर गैस्ट्रिक और फैटी लिवर (ग्रेड 2) की समस्याओं के लिए दिन में दो बार एमलिक्योर डीएस कैप्सूल्स ले रहा हूँ। कृपया सुझाव दें।

I understand your concern. You’ve been dealing with long-term constipation along with gastric issues and fatty liver, and are already on allopathic medications. Ayurveda offers supportive measures that focus on improving digestion (Agni), balancing Vata, and cleansing the intestines. Here’s a simple, safe Ayurvedic Treatment Triphala Churna – 1 tsp at night with warm water or warm milk. Gently helps in chronic constipation. Best taken on an empty stomach. Isabgol (Psyllium husk) – 1 tsp with warm water before bedtime. Helps soften stools naturally. Avipattikar Churna –1 tsp with warm water after dinner. Useful for gastric acidity and liver support. Amlapittari Vati – 1 tablet after meals if you have acidity or burning sensation. Avoid heavy, oily, and deep-fried foods while taking these. External Therapies Abhyanga (oil massage) with sesame oil or medicated oils like Ksheerabala oil before bath, especially on abdomen and back. Stimulates bowel movement and calms Vata. Warm water enema (Greeva Vasti) occasionally, under Ayurvedic guidance, can help in chronic constipation without chemical laxatives. Diet Focus: Easy to digest, high-fiber, warm foods. Include daily Warm water – at least 6–8 glasses. Soaked almonds (4–5, peeled) in the morning. Fruits: papaya, pomegranate, apple (with skin), figs. Vegetables: bottle gourd, pumpkin, spinach, carrots. Whole grains: wheat, barley, millets (avoid refined flour). Lentils: moong dal, masoor dal. Use ghee in moderation. Spices: cumin, coriander, fennel in cooking – help digestion. Avoid Cold and dry foods (like crackers, cold drinks, chips). Excess fried/oily foods. Excess red meat and cheese. Too much processed sugar. Lifestyle Morning walk or gentle yoga – 20–30 mins daily. Squatting posture or foot stool while defecating helps bowel movement. Try warm water with lemon in morning to stimulate digestion. Eat at regular times, do not skip breakfast.

Hi… Constipation and gastric issues are due to fatty liver Stop amlycure DS Instead of this Kumaryaasava-20 ml BD Makoy bhumiamala juice 20 ml BD Tab livamarit-2 BD Zandu nityam -1 tab at night For lubrication add 1 tsp of ghee at night before sleep Nityam tab take for 1 week only rest you have to continue for 1.5 months after that get your USG done
