Triphala choorna is not helping me. I have tried Kayam, aniloma, Nilavarai choornam but they are of no effect since my constipation is severe. Isabgoal instead of relief aggrvates my prob. Somewhat Trivrit Leghyam is helpful. I will try Avipattikar choornam. Which brand is better Zandu or baidyanath. Please reply if possible

Triphala चूर्ण मेरी मदद नहीं कर रहा है। मैंने कायम, अनिलोमा, निलावारई चूर्णम भी आजमाए हैं लेकिन उनका कोई असर नहीं हो रहा क्योंकि मेरी कब्ज बहुत गंभीर है। इसबगोल से राहत मिलने के बजाय मेरी समस्या और बढ़ जाती है। कुछ हद तक त्रिवृत लेह्यम मददगार है। मैं अविपत्तिकर चूर्णम आजमाऊंगा। मैंने लिव 52 भी आजमाया है। कोई परिणाम नहीं मिला, इसलिए मैंने एमलिक्योर डीएस कैप्सूल पर स्विच किया। मैं आपकी सलाह भी आजमाऊंगा।

Tried Sukumar ghrita and Abyarisha. No use. Can I try Avipattar choornam instead of Hingwashtak choorna? Sitting at vajrasana and doing walking. All others I am observing. Your advice?

avipattikar churna 1 tsf 2 times before food. swadist virechan churna 1 tsf at night . chitrakadi vati 2 tab 2 times after food . GENERAL DIET PLAN avoid fast food junk food oily and spicy food drink lot of water use soup salad fruits and green leafy vegetables use buttermilk in afternoon. drink lukewarm water early in the morning empty stomach then have breakfast around 8:00 a.m. breakfast-- mein include poha, upmadaliya, moong dal chilla ,milk or buttermilk,
nuts soaked in water overnight 3 to 4 pieces. lunch --2 chapati with dal , vegetable small portion of rice and buttermilk around 3 to 4 p.m. you can have a fruit aurbhel, dinner early around 7 to 8 p.m. have to chapatis dal and vegetables. include salad in both meals do Pranayam yoga and meditation daily.

Diet & Lifestyle: Avoid intake of pitta imbalance foods like hot, excessively salty and spicy foods, as well as chilies, garlic, pickles, fermented and preserved foods. Yes take Avipattikar churn. And take 1 tsp cow ghee in two meals atleast in a day. Don’t eat cold , packaged, fermented food items. Eat freshly cooked home made food. Add one more thing, Take Castor Oil 2 tsp in warm milk at night every alternate day for 1 week
