In Ayurveda, your condition RPF can be understood as a Granthi/Arbuda (abnormal growth) involving Vata-Kapha dominance, leading to obstruction (Srotorodha) in the urinary and circulatory channels. Take the prescribed medicines consistently and you will see results , but make sure you don’t lose hope soon because ayurveda works on root cause so it take little more time than modern medicines . Do’s :- • Drink only warm or lukewarm water to maintain Agni (digestive fire) and assist in channel clearing. • Focus on easy-to-digest foods like Moong Dal khichdi, vegetable soups (with ginger and cumin), and steamed vegetables. •Even if walking is difficult, perform “Passive Range of Motion” exercises while sitting or lying down to prevent further stiffness. • add Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic, and Black Pepper into meals; these have natural anti-fibrotic and anti-inflammatory properties. • Maintain a consistent sleep and meal schedule to keep Vata stabilized. Don’ts :- •Avoid salads, cold water, curd, and refrigerated foods, as these increase Kapha and stiffness. •Strictly limit red meat, deep-fried snacks, and heavy dairy, which contribute to Ama (toxin) formation. •Avoid sleeping during the day (Diva Swapna), as it increases Kapha and slows down metabolism. • Suppression of Urges: Ensure the patient does not suppress natural urges like urination or bowel movements, as this aggravates Vata in the lower pelvic region. •Excessive salt can lead to fluid retention, putting more pressure on the retroperitoneal space.
