▪︎Kab lein: Subah khali pet ya nashte ke 1 ghante baad, aur shaam ko khane se 1 ghante pehle ya baad mein.
▪︎Kiske saath lein: Ise aap gungune doodh (lukewarm milk) ke saath lein toh yeh sabse accha asar karti hai. Agar doodh na pache, toh gungune paani ke saath bhi le sakte hain.
