Please get a thorough examination done from an Ayurvedic doctor and recommended investigations to come to a proper diagnosis. Frequent loose stools (2-3 times a day), poor absorption of vitamins from food, and **spinal dysfunction** along with **belching** are signs of **digestive imbalance** in Ayurveda. These symptoms indicate a possible **Agni** (digestive fire) deficiency, which may be causing improper digestion and absorption of nutrients. The inability to absorb vitamins can lead to malnutrition, even if you are consuming nutritious food. **Vata dosha** imbalance could be contributing to the loose stools and digestive disturbances, while **Pitta dosha** imbalance may be responsible for the belching, which often signifies excess heat in the stomach. The spinal dysfunction might also be connected to **Vata** imbalance, affecting the nervous system and digestion. To address this, Ayurvedic treatment would focus on balancing **Agni** (digestive fire) and restoring proper digestion. **Triphala** and **Amla** can help improve digestion and nutrient absorption. **Ashwagandha** may help with the **spinal dysfunction** and overall energy. A **light, easy-to-digest diet** that avoids heavy, greasy, or spicy foods will support digestion. **Warm water**, **cumin**, and **coriander** can help with digestion and bloating. Managing stress through yoga and mindfulness practices will also help restore balance to both the digestive and nervous systems. It's advisable to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for a personalized plan to address your symptoms.

Hey, sounds like you’re dealing with a pesky case of indigestion, huh. Losing weight due to frequent loose stools is no picnic. When the digestion isn't working smoothly, it can mess with nutrient absorption, which could be what's happening with your vitamins not getting absorbed properly. This could be a classic issue of weak Agni, or it's just excess Vata or possibly a Kapha imbalance. Everything feels out of whack! Blaming the doshas comes easy in Ayurveda, but sometimes it's just a matter of diet/lifestyle not suiting you. Start with food – eat light, warm meals that are easy to digest. Rice and moong dal khichdi are great for giving your Agni a rest while still providing nourishment. Avoid cold, raw foods or anything too spicy, oily or heavy. They wage war on a struggling digestion. Try to eat at regular times and not too often. Overeating or irregular meals can agitate the digestive fire even more. Make friends with ginger tea – it's calming for the stomach, and helps with digestion and belching. That's for the Pitta in you! Remember to sip hot water throughout the day. It's surprisingly effective for flushing out toxic ama and boosting digestive strength without demanding much from the digestive system. Triphala powder could be a nice addition before bedtime. Around half a teaspoon in warm water might help to regulate bowel movements and reduce that spincter quirkiness you mentioned. For the spinner dysfunction (I guess you mean sphincter here?), you'll want some balance. Gentle yoga, especially twists like Ardha Matsyendrasana, encourage better movement and pressure in the abdominal cavity, possibly helping the muscles involved. But, hey, if nothing seems to improve or keeps getting worse, I'd defo suggest an in-person check-up, possibly with a gastroenterologist, to ensure there's no underlying condition that's more serious. Well, take care of yourself, and small, consistent changes can bring a world of difference. Cheers!
