I am really confused about my diet lately, especially with protein intake. I've started looking into vegetarian sources and heard that green gram is super nutritious. But I keep seeing different info everywhere and it’s kinda driving me nuts! I was at this health food store and the owner said green gram is an amazing protein source, but then I read something saying, "how much protein in 100 gm green gram" isn’t that much, which felt odd to me.
