I have shortness of breath...from last 15days...and chest infection in Hilary region what to do... Disease I have Liver disorder, Hypothyroidism, low ferritin,Vertigo, headache, abdominal pain,severe hairfall, Mand agni....what to do sir disease are increasing not decreasing.... Following ayurveda since 1.5years.. Advise me sir done Virechana 2times still no result.... What to do sir... Due to mand agni unable to administer Basti...
