औषधियों का वर्गीकरण और प्रभाव ​आपने इस काढ़े में त्रिदोषशामक और विशिष्ट अंगों (Target Organs) पर काम करने वाली जड़ी-बूटियों का चयन किया है: ​दीपन-पाचन व मेदोहर: मेथी, कलौंजी, अजवाइन, दालचीनी और अदरक (अग्नि प्रदीप्त करने और आम पाचन के लिए)। ​मूत्रल व शोथहर (Renoprotective): पुनर्नवा और गोखरू (शरीर के क्लेद और सूजन को निकालने के लिए)। ​यकृत व तिक्त रस प्रधान (Hepatoprotective & Anti-diabetic): कुटकी, चिरायता और गुड़मार (रक्त शर्करा नियंत्रण और लिवर के लिए)। ​हृदय व रक्तवाहिनी (Cardioprotective): अर्जुन की छाल और कढ़ी पत्ता। ​ग्रंथि व शोथहर: कचनार की छाल और वरुण की छाल। ​रोगप्रतिरोधक (Immunomodulators): तुलसी, परिजात और अमरूद के पत्ते। ​क्या यह काढ़ा पूरी तरह सुरक्षित है? (Safety Evaluation) ​एक चिकित्सक के नाते आप जानते हैं कि “अति सर्वत्र वर्जयेत” और “मात्रा कल्पनावश” आयुर्वेद के मूल सिद्धांत हैं। इस काढ़े को सुरक्षित बनाने के लिए आपको कुछ बिंदुओं पर विचार करना होगा: ​1. मात्रा (Dosage) बहुत अधिक है ​आप कुल मिलाकर लगभग 13 से 14 चम्मच सूखी सामग्रियां (जड़ी-बूटियाँ) एक बार में ले रहे हैं। शास्त्रीय रूप से, एक व्यक्ति के लिए सुबह के क्वाथ की निर्माण सामग्री (Dry Herbs) 1 कर्ष (लगभग 12 ग्राम) से अधिकतम 2 पल (24-30 ग्राम) होनी चाहिए। यदि आप हर सामग्री एक-एक चम्मच लेंगे, तो यह मात्रा 50 ग्राम से ऊपर चली जाएगी, जो आमाशय (Stomach) के लिए बहुत भारी (गुरु) हो जाएगी। ​2. रस और वीर्य का असंतुलन (Potency & Taste) ​इसमें कुटकी, चिरायता और गुड़मार जैसे अत्यंत तिक्त (Bitter) द्रव्य हैं, जो लंबे समय तक अत्यधिक मात्रा में लेने से वात दोष को बढ़ा सकते हैं और धातु क्षय कर सकते हैं। ​मेथी, कलौंजी, अजवाइन, अदरक और दालचीनी सभी उष्ण वीर्य (Hot Potency) हैं। इतनी अधिक उष्णता से पित्त का प्रकोप हो सकता है, जिससे सीने में जलन (Hyperacidity), मुखपाक (Mouth Ulcers) या शरीर में शुष्कता (Dryness) आ सकती है। ​3. सुरक्षा के लिए व्यावहारिक बदलाव ​यह काढ़ा सुरक्षित है, बशर्ते आप इसकी मात्रा को नियंत्रित करें: ​सभी सूखी औषधियों (मेथी से लेकर वरुण की छाल तक) को बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर एक मिश्रण (Premix Powder) बना लें। ​सुबह काढ़ा बनाते समय इस तैयार मिश्रण का केवल 1 से 1.5 छोटा चम्मच (लगभग 5-7 ग्राम) लें। ​इसमें ताजे पत्ते (तुलसी, कढ़ी पत्ता, अमरूद, पारिजात) और अदरक कूटकर डालें। इस काढ़े को कितने समय तक ले सकते हैं? (Duration of Usage) ​चूंकि इस योग में कुटकी, वरुण, कचनार और चिरायता जैसी ‘भेषज’ (Therapeutic Herbs) शामिल हैं जो केवल ‘आहार’ द्रव्य नहीं हैं, इसलिए इसे अनवरत (Continuous) नहीं लिया जा सकता। ​आदर्श अवधि: आप इसे लगातार 6 से 8 सप्ताह (1.5 से 2 महीने) तक ले सकते हैं। ​विश्राम काल (Gap): इसके बाद शरीर को 15 से 20 दिनों का विराम (Break) दें। यह गैप इसलिए जरूरी है ताकि आपके शरीर के रिसेप्टर्स इसके अभ्यस्त (Tolerant) न हों और यकृत (Liver) व वृक्क (Kidneys) को प्राकृतिक रूप से काम करने का अवसर मिले। ​ऋतुचर्या का ध्यान: ग्रीष्म ऋतु (Summer) और शरद ऋतु (September-October) में जब पित्त प्राकृतिक रूप से प्रकुपित रहता है, तब इस काढ़े की मात्रा आधी कर दें या इसे कुछ समय के लिए रोक दें। वर्षा और शीत ऋतु में यह अत्यंत लाभकारी रहेगा।
