Mix sitopaladi churan 1/2 sp+yastimadhu churan 1/2 tsp with 3 tsp honey take twice daily with water Giloy ghanvati 1-0-1 after food with water. Steam inhalation once with few drops of eucalyptus oil Warm water Gargle with pinch of turmeric powder Do Nasya with Anu tel 2drops in both nostril once daily Have warm haldi doodh at bedtime.

Aapke lakshan kafi samanya hai kafi log is samay par is tarah ki samasya ka samna karte hain, aur Ayurveda mein inke liye kuch asaradarak upaye hain. Sabse pehle, aapki vikriti ko dekhte hue lagta hai ki kapa dosha badh gaya hai, aur iski vajah se balgam zyada ban raha hai.

1. Aahar evam Pani: Din ke dauran haldi ka doodh lein, is se aapka respiratory system sudhrega. Garam pani mein thoda namak daal kar har do ghante mein gargle karein, ye gale ki safayi aur bacterial samasyao ko duri karega.

2. Kashay aur Kadha: Lahsoon, adarak aur kala mirch ka churan amrit hai iss haalat ke liye. Iska kadha bana sakte hain jaise 4-5 kali lahsoon, ek inch adrak aur 5-6 kali mirch ko ek glass paani mein achi tarah se ubaal kar, adha rehne tak peeyein.

3. Vyayam aur Pranayam: Sheetkar Pranayam aur kapalbhati pranayam naak ki blockage aur khuoon ki safayi ke liye utpm hoti hai. Pranayam ko subhah 10-15 minute karein aur yathashakti paad hastasana aur trikonasana jaisi yog kijiye.

4. Takrari Thakan: Sharir mein kamjori hai to doodh ashwagandha choorna ke sath lein. Ye aapse takat aur urja ko wapas laaye. Din mein do baar lein thik khane ke baad.

5. Anya Guidance: Nimadijala (cinnamon) ko rogan shereer par malish karein, is se khoon kee gaurav aur snayueshakti mein faidemand hoga.

Agar yeh sambhava ho, toh 48 ghante ke andar agar improvement nahi aata to ek chikitsak se sampark karein. Aapka swasthya surakshit rahe, yehi kamna hai.

Aapke dikhaye gaye lakshan jise aapki naak beh rahi hai, halki khansi ke sath balgum hai aur kamjori mahsoos ho rahi hai, ye indicate karta hai ki kapha prakruti ka asantulan hai. Siddha-Ayurvedic samaj ke mutabik, kapha ke adhik hone se balgum utpann hota hai aur vataj asantulan se saans lene mein dikkat ho sakti hai.

Peete dudh me haldi mila ke peye, haldi ke anti-inflammatory gune kapha ko santulit karne me madadgar hote hain. Isse roj rat me sone se pehle lena upayogi hai. Adrak ki chay 2-3 baar din me sevan karein; adrak swabhav se garam aur kapha aur vata ko shant karne wala hota hai. Adrak ka ras me thoda shuddh shehad milakar subah khali pet lena bhi fayeda karega.

Tulsi aur mulethi ka kwath (decoction) ek upayogi dravya hai jo ghasit balgum ko nikalne me sahayak hoga. Thodi tulsi aur mulethi pani mein ubal le aur din mein do baar sevan karein.

Khasi aur saans lene ki takleef agar badh jaaye ya sahi nhi ho raha ho, to ye zaroori hai ki aap kisi Visheshagy doctor se turant milen. Kahi pushtikaron ka bhojan asantulan ki wajah se aapki shakti kum ho gayi hogi, ise sudharne ke liye, apne bhojan me kachnar, moong dal, ghee aur ajwain ko shamil karein.

Dhyan rakhe ki ye samadhan asani se aapke roj ke jeevan me laagu kiye ja sakte hain, taaki aap jaldi se theek mehsoos karein. Kintu agar aapke symptoms gambhir ho jaen, toh bina deri kiye doctor ki salah leni chahiye.
