Have you done other hormonal test? USG & Ovulatory study?
Low AMH, especially at 29, can be a bit challenging but not impossible to work with. Ayurveda can really help enhance fertility naturally. Let’s see what could be beneficial for you.
Start by focusing on nourishing your body, particularly the reproductive tissues (shukra dhatu). We wanna balance the Vata dosha, often responsible for such imbalances. Eating “vata-pacifying” foods like warm, cooked meals, oils, and nuts can be useful. Think sweet, sour, and salty tastes.
What are your daily eats looking like? Full of cold and raw foods? Maybe lean into more warm meals like hearty soups and stews. And don’t skip breakfast! Oatmeals or rice with milk is a great start to your day.
Herbs like ashwagandha and shatavari might be good companions on this journey. Ashwagandha, often called the rejuvenator, can help manage stress levels and improve overall stamina. Shatavari is known for nourishing and strengthening the reproductive system. Maybe have them in powder form, mixed with warm milk, twice a day.
Are you getting enough rest? Seriously, sleep is key. Try hitting the bed at the same time every night, no late-night scrolling though, right? Balance is important.
Practice regular yoga or meditation, too. These not only balance Vata but also create a healthy space in the mind body connection. Look for poses like Baddha Konasana (bound angle pose) and Viparita Karani (legs up the wall). They may help in this space.
Also, mind your stress levels, especially if you’re trying for a baby. Yoga, meditation, or simple breathing exercises can help keep that in check. Couple things up with loving yourself in the process too.
Water intake, how’s that? Keeping yourself well-hydrated, about 2-3 liters a day, helps remove toxins and balances the tissues too.
remember, while you’re focusing on these ayurvedic remedies, I’m not saying avoid or delay conventional medical advice. Your OB should be on this team too. Making sure you’re on the right track, considering both Ayurveda and modern understandings, could be the game-changer. Stay positive, you got this!
