I've been dealing with digestive problems for a while now bloating, gas, and indigestion. I’ve tried many things, but nothing really helps in the long run. Recently, a friend suggested looking into Ayurvedic food, as she claims it really helped balance her digestion and energy levels. I know that Ayurveda focuses on balancing the doshas, but I’m a bit confused about where to start. Should I completely change my diet or just incorporate certain Ayurvedic foods? Also, I’m not sure what kinds of foods are considered "good" in Ayurveda. Are there any specific recipes or meals I should try to help with my digestive issues?
