I am really curious about something that's been on my mind for a while and, honestly, I'm kinda worried. Lately, I’ve been experiencing some growth spurts, but I also started to wonder — does masturbation affect height? I mean, I'm 17, and all my friends are talking about it like it’s no big deal, and I’ve tried it too, but I recently read some articles online that made me freak out a little. My dad is pretty tall, and I always thought I’d be around the same height, but there's this nagging doubt since I started doing it. Like, does it really influence how tall I can grow? I measured myself the other day, and I feel like I've only grown a tiny bit in the past few months. Is there any scientific basis behind this? My older brother was always saying that if you do it too much, you could stunt your growth or something...but that sounds a bit extreme, right? I mean, I know height also depends on genetics and diet, but should I actually be cutting back on it, or is it all just a myth?
