ENT doctor near me - #16965
For the last few months, I’ve been dealing with this constant blocked nose and ear pressure that just won’t go away. At first, I thought it was just a seasonal allergy or maybe a cold, but it’s been almost three months now, and the problem keeps coming back. My ears feel full all the time, and sometimes I hear a slight ringing sound. If I try to pop them by swallowing, it works for a second, but then the pressure builds up again. My throat also feels irritated, especially in the mornings, and I have this post-nasal drip that makes me cough randomly throughout the day. I went online to look for an ENT doctor near me, but most of the doctors I found seem to just prescribe antibiotics and nasal sprays. I’ve already taken antibiotics twice in the last few months, but the relief is temporary. The moment I stop the medicine, the symptoms slowly come back. That’s why I’m wondering if Ayurveda has a better approach to this. Does Ayurveda have natural treatments for ear, nose, and throat issues that actually fix the root cause? Could this be related to excess mucus or an imbalance in my body? Are there Ayurvedic herbs or steam treatments that can clear out my sinuses and help my ears drain properly? Also, I feel like my digestion has been off lately—could that be related to this? I read somewhere that Ayurveda connects sinus issues to gut health. If that’s true, what kind of diet changes should I make? And should I still see an ENT doctor near me, or would an Ayurvedic specialist be a better option for long-term healing? Would love to hear from anyone who’s treated chronic ENT problems with Ayurveda instead of just relying on medication.
