Hello N Das, Since when have you been experiencing low libido, erectile dysfunction, and low energy? Have you had testosterone tests done recently? Do you have a history of chronic stress, obesity, or sleep disturbances? Have you noticed any muscle loss, mood swings, or hair thinning? To naturally boost testosterone, take Ashwagandha Churna (1 tsp twice daily with milk) and Tab Shilajitvadi vati (250 mg daily) for hormonal balance and energy. Kapikacchu Churna (1 tsp with honey) helps improve libido. Practice Surya Namaskar and strength training to increase testosterone naturally. Avoid processed foods, alcohol, and late-night screen exposure, and include protein-rich foods, almonds, dates, and sesame seeds in your diet.

Oh, I hear ya. Dealing with low testosterone can be tough, especially when it's carrying along with it a whole backpack of other stuff like ED, low libido, depression.. yikes. Alrighty, let's get into what Ayurveda can offer here. First thing is, in Ayurvedic terms, low testosterone might be seen as an imbalance in your vata and kapha doshas. These imbalances can mess with your agni, or that digestive fire that’s responsible for absorption and transformation of nutrients into energy, tissues, and yeah, even hormones. So, boosting your agni is key. Start your day with a glass of warm water with a slice of lemon; it sounds simple, but it really gets the digestive juices flowing. Okay so diet. Go for warm, nourishing foods. Think ghee, or clarified butter, that helps with ojas, which is your vital energy reserve. Nuts, seeds, and dairy products (if they suit you) can support too. Just make sure your meals are regular - don’t skip out on breakfast, ever. Herbal support comes next. Ashwagandha and Shilajit are two gems in Ayurveda. Ashwagandha can help manage stress and rejuvenate and Shilajit’s like nature’s multivitamin for men’s health, loaded with minerals. Take about 500 mg of Ashwagandha once or twice a day. Shilajit at about 300 mg per day can be quite beneficial. Now, exercise is important, but don't overdo it; too much can deplete your energy further. Moderate strength training with yoga could work wonders. Lastly, sleep and relaxation's non-negotiable. Try to get in a consistent pattern—did you know that sleep before midnight is said to be twice as restoring? Perhaps introduce some light meditation before bed. If these lifestyle changes don’t help within a few weeks, you should definitely chat with a healthcare pro. They might give you some tests to further explore what might be affecting your levels, or even suggest more immediate interventions if needed. Be patient with yourself, okay? Keep trying different things till you find what works for you.
