Hello Are you doing any diet ???
Not following any particular diets. But consuming fibre ( vegetable) protein sufficiently. Not taking sugar, potato etc. Initially I tried millets roti, but couldn’t continue.
That is reason you are losing weight and you are not reducing your weight for sugar level as it’s in control.
1) Nisha amalaki tab 1-0-1 after food
And continue with same diet what you are following.

Managing type 2 diabetes through Ayurveda involves addressing your dosha imbalances while maintaining proper diet, lifestyle, and herbal interventions. As you are currently on medications, it’s vital to coordinate adjustments with your healthcare provider before making any significant changes.
Regarding weight loss, one explanation could be the effect of controlled blood sugar on your body’s energy metabolism. However, constant unexpected weight loss should always be checked with your doctor. In Ayurveda, we focus on stabilizing agni (digestive fire) and balancing your doshas to improve overall health.
To enhance your digestive health and help with constipation, start by drinking warm water with a pinch of ginger and lemon first thing in the morning. This can stimulate a kapha-pacifying effect that aids digestion. Complement this with trikatu churna, a classical Ayurvedic remedy, taken half a teaspoon twice daily with honey to promote digestion and metabolism.
Include foods that are easy to digest and help stabilize your blood sugar levels. Meals should be regular—try not to skip them, which is important for stable energy levels. Favor a diet that includes whole grains like quinoa, barley, and millets, alongside green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits but in moderation. At the same time, reduce intake of processed foods and sugars, which can strain both your agni and sugar levels.
Engage in daily yoga or brisk walking, approximately 30 minutes, to balance your vata dosha and keep your body active. Specific poses to encourage digestion include Cat-Cow pose and Vajrasana post-meal. Pranayama practices such as Kapalbhati may support your blood sugar regulation and improve lung functions, but it should be learned under an expert’s guidance.
Consider the herb Guduchi in the form of juice or decoction for its immunity-boosting and sugar-regulating properties. Each person is unique, so consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner for a consultation is essential in creating a tailored approach for your specific condition. With your medication, ensure regular monitoring of your sugar and weight management to keep everything in check. Always remain vigilant and proactive in your health discussions with your healthcare officials.
